SERVICES
Personal training is a comprehensive and customized service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual client. Every training program and training session is designed specifically with the long term and short term goals of the client in mind.
Since achieving physical goals is not a simplistic process a variety of training methods and modalities will be used to assist the facilitation of goal acquisition. All means and manner of training from cardiovascular conditioning to strength training is thoughtfully prepared in order to improve the fitness level of the client. Since soft tissue restoration methods are a part of the physical preparation process, modalities such as Body Tempering, IASTM and Mobility Flossing will be used in order to improve client outcomes and prevent injury.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training sessions are 60 minute sessions specifically designed around your movement patterns, specific weaknesses and individual goals.
GROUP TRAINING
Group Training is a 60 minute session with a friend, comrade or partner. If you are someone who enjoys a more social and supportive training environment this may be a better fit than one on one personal training.
