

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training sessions are 60 minute sessions specifically designed around your movement patterns, specific weaknesses and individual goals.
GROUP TRAINING
Group Training is a 60 minute session with a friend, comrade or partner. If you are someone who enjoys a more social and supportive training environment this may be a better fit than one on one personal training.

ABOUT
For nearly two decades I have been coaching and training all over the Pacific NW. During that time I have trained clients with every kind of goal from injury rehabilitation to elite level performance in powerlifting. During this time I have also made it a priority to learn from some of the greatest coaches, athletes and physical therapists in the world. It is my profound privilege to coach and share all that I have learned with every single client.
